Nicholas Christakis (Yale) will discuss his book Blueprint: Evolutionary Origins of a Good Society at an event sponsored by the Political Economy Project. Apr 6, time and place TBD
Described as a "dazzlingly erudite synthesis of history, philosophy, anthropology, genetics, sociology, economics . . . and more," Nicholas Christakis' book Blueprint: The Evolutionary Origins of a Good Society (Little, Brown, 2019) makes a compellingly optimistic case for the social potential inherent in our evolutionary inheritance. Sterling Professor of Social and Natural Science at Yale and Fellow of the National Academy of Sciences, Christakis discusses his recent book in a talk sponsored by the Political Economy Project. Monday, April 6, 2020, time and place TBD.
