Join the Dartmouth Russian Department for a lecture by guest speaker Vladimir Malakhov on ethnicity in public discourse in Russia. Vladimir Malakhov is a political scientist and anthropologist; he teaches political science, sociology and social theory at Moscow's School for the Social and Economic Sciences (Shaninka).
